About Us
We are a solution oriented team with a focus on millennials, project management, public relations, marketing, and social media. Our experience provides over thirty years of public relations, marketing, and project leadership experience. We take an educational approach to a variety of communication and social media strategies for business implementation, grounded in practicality and metrics. Our techniques have been presented at industry conferences and numerous communication workshops with our partners realizing media coverage in both local and national media outlets.
Regina Luttrell Ph.D.
Regina Luttrell is a university educator with more than 15 years of experience in the communications field. Her extensive background includes strategic development and implementation of public relations and social media, advertising, marketing and corporate communications, as well as, external communication programs that are accurate, insightful and timely, leading to an understanding of support in a company’s business commitments. Regina received her B.A. in Journalism and English from Utica College of Syracuse University, her M.A. in Public Communications from The College of Saint Rose and her Ph.D. from the California Institute of Integral Studies.

M. Todd Luttrell MS, MBA, PMP
Todd Luttrell is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified through the Project Management Institute and has more than 15 years of experience in both the private and corporate sector. With a focus on process efficiencies and quality, Todd holds Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and is Black Belt trained. Adept at partnering with internal and external customers to achieve desired results, he has managed large-scale, multi-million dollar projects playing a critical role in the project planning, project completion, scope definition, costing, scheduling, risk management, contract negotiations, project tracking, quality, and change management throughout the project life cycle (PLC). Todd holds an M.S. in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Albany, providing a strong analytical and detail oriented mindset, as well as an M.B.A. from The College of Saint Rose with a focus on operations and execution.

Karen McGrath, Ph.D.
Karen McGrath, is Professor of Communications at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY where she has been employed for almost 20 years. She currently supervises and teaches Millennials and also mentors Millennial colleagues in the workplace. Karen oversees the social media sites connected with her department and successfully implements her vision for recruitment and retention. She has co-authored The Millennial Mindset: Unraveling Fact from Fiction with Regina Luttrell ,which received an Amazon.com recognition of “Hot New Release” in April 2016, and is currently working on another book related to the prospering craft beer industry aimed at Millennials’ demands for individualized and local products. With a Ph.D. in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (1996), Karen leverages her educational experience with her passion for understanding generational and cultural differences while exhibiting the prowess to assist others in doing the same.
